Born and raised in San Diego, my journey behind the camera started with skateboarding. I always enjoyed capturing photos and videos of my friends skating around town. After a serious injury, documenting these moments were my way of staying connected with my passion without having to grind down handrails. Next thing you know, I was shooting everything but skating. I found a new way of self-expression through portraiture. No two people are the same and capturing individuality is what drives me as a photographer.
